Ingredients
Please be sure to read the "ingredients list", "storage" and "how to use" sections for each product that you purchase. This ensures that you receive the best experience and avoid hazards!
Before using your products be sure to test them on a small area of your skin.
Safe Handling
Many of our products are packaged in biodegradable, earth-friendly glass containers. Please be careful when handling to prevent damage or harm.
We are not responsible for damages that occur to misuse and improper handling of the purchased products
Order Processing and Shipping Times
While we do operate 7-days a week, all orders require 2 days for processing before shipping. We process all new orders from 7 am to 2 pm. Orders placed after 2 pm Monday - Friday will begin to be processed the next business day.
Custom orders require at minimum, 3 days for processing.
Damaged/Missing Packages and Insurance
All orders are inspected for quality and care prior to shipping. Each shipped package can be insured with the carrier. Packages that are damaged while in the care of the postal carrier must be processed using the insurance coverage first before initiating the Imori Organics claims processing. You have 30 days to file a claim on a damaged/missing package.
Postal services offer insurance coverage that includes damaged and missing packages.
If your package is missing yet the postal service has it listed as delivered YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM with the carrier before we can address this matter. Your tracking number is included in the confirmation email but be sure to reach out to us if you need help finding it.
In the event that you have pursued compensation from the postal carrier and it is not properly handled, we will review the incident. Please note, replacement products require written confirmation that the matter was reviewed through the carrier first and new shipping fees will apply.
Damaged and missing packages must be pursued through the carrier before we can attempt to resolve the matter.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products we do not issue returns. However, we do facilitate exchanges on our Candles and Home Aromas. In certain incidents, a store credit can be arranged.
Force Majeure:
We try our best to meet all processing deadlines. In the event that we miss that mark, we offer our customers discounts on future purchases to compensate for the delay. However, we cannot control unforeseeable events on behalf of nature, humanity or our carriers. We cannot replace packages that have been stolen from your premises or mishandled by the carrier.
