Connected to the Sacral Chakra the Carnelian crystal is great for inspiring passions and removing creative blocks.

In Ancient Khemet (Egypt) this stone was known as the "Setting Sun" connected to the divine feminine energy and fertility.

With its emphasis on fertility, Carnelian is a stone that grows the environment that it is in increasing abundance and promoting love.

This stone is also said to improve vitality, blood circulation and healing.

Waist beads are traditionally gifted to a girl or woman at various milestones in her life. These beads can be symbolic of many different important momentous occasions that she has reached.

Waist Management: When used for weight loss, waist beads provide a gentle reminder of our waists' size as it either becomes snug with our expansion or loose with our growth. As you begin to lose weight you can adjust and tighten your waist beads, keeping them with you through the phases of your journey.

Mindfulness: Waistbeads can be used to promote mindfulness during meditation. They draw us in and remind us to focus on our breath as we feel the shifting of the beads up and down our abdomen with each inhale and exhale.

Waist beads come in two sizes:

Traditional: 0-45 inches

Curves: 45-65 inches

  • Step 1) Breathe... Inhale to the count of three and then exhale to the count of four. I know you're excited! But let's approach this calmly.

Step 2) Are your hands clean?? You don't want to get these beautiful new beads messy ALREADY. Go ahead... you know what to do.

Step 3) Stand Up and wrap that gorgeous strand of Imori Organics Waist beads around your waist. Bring both open ends to the front.

Step 4) Decide where it feels most comfortable. Maybe you like your strands up high. Maybe you like them down low. ORRRR maybe you have adorned your waist with quite a few beautiful strands and you just have to get these ones in wherever they fit. You decide where feels best.

Step 5) Size it to the most comfortable spot on you. Make sure you breathe normally (don't hold ANYTHING in my love).

Step 6) Tie the stands around your abdomen tight BUT NOT TOO TIGHT! You just got these. Don't "Hulk out" on them and break the strand (who am I kidding they're pretty hard to pop but still.... be easy). We PURPOSELY add a couple of extra inches of beads and leave a little extra room at the end of the strand so that you can secure it in place easy peasy.

Step 7) Secure the strands a few times (three is good, four is better.)

Step 8) Cut the excess off remembering to keep the loose ends in your hand so beads do not spill all over the place.

Are your old strands feeling a bit lose?

Carefully, Cut open the strand keeping a grip on both ends. Readjust, retie and then cut and discard the excess.
